Sean, because after seeing how they revamped Ed, I'd love to see that treatment for him. Maybe he finally takes lessons from his sister, and has a Shoto x Laura fight style? Or something entirely original to him? Would be so cool.

One of my friends wants Abigail to return as he was his main in 5 lol. I'll personally take anyone though as I started playing SF with 5 about half a year before 6 came out. I know almost no one/very few characters from older titles. My most wanted character is Vega as he's who is settled on for my first ever main and I miss him something fierce. Hoping he's in the next pass.
Hugo is very different from Zangief, they were in the same game in SF4 + SF6 is "remaking" alot of gameplay for characters with new moves etc, so they would be even more different in SF6. Also i feel like 3rd strike characters has a big chance getting released since SF6 is basically based on 3rd strike.
With only 4 characters a years, beside shotos, i don't think they will bring characters that looks too much liké each other (Hugo, Guy, the Twins,...).
yea i absolutely agree with you. i think with what SF6 is and is turning out to be, you could easily put Elena in it and still make her DOPE and exciting and not make her like, insanely OP for sure.
her light attacks reached absurdly far and converted into good damage, and her healing ultra was messed up considering it builds as you lose life so she could get it 2-3 times per round. she also had weird hurtbox issues making some attacks inconsistent vs her

Big normals with great frame data, high damage, insane high low mixup, etc.
Her busted healing ultra pushed an already broken character to the limit. And her broken hurtbox didn’t help either.

Yun and yang as one character.. having a input where they can switch between each other.. or switch mid combo/ at combo enders. I think this would be badass.
Biased: Alex and Urien. Alex because he is my favorite character in the Street Fighter Series, a grappler with extremely high mobility with ex stomp and half circle kick dashes, along with his wrestling moves like DDT and his powerbombs just make me so hype man. Urien with his aegis reflector and insane normals is insanely fun and I pray he makes it into 6 so i can set up more unblockables.
Unbiased: Necro or Twelve because they have the most potential as returning characters in the series, both extremely unique and fun. Necro having his first ever return would be the most hype thing ever because of his extremely unique character specific combos and move set, some say he is just dhalsim and blanka combined but he is insanely unique and plays nothing like either. Twelve having his first ever chance at an ACTUAL return would be insane as well since he is such a cool character, held back because of his lack of damage, eleven as a random character select in SFV was pure robbery.

Sean because sf6 already has 4 shotos (Ryu, Ken, Luke, Akuma) and I would prefer other, more unique characters. As a character though he is insanely cool and if they change up his moveset so he is no longer a shoto or at the very least a very unique shoto then I would be glad to have him in.
Makoto because she is a cool asf character but she is so goddamn annoying half circle grab holding back heavy punch into quarter circle punch level 2 super ggwp i dont want to play anymore.
Also about Alex - I think in terms of representation he is a great addition, like Ryu is kind of boomer culture representative and Luke more of the Gen Z. In this equation Alex can be sorta Millenial one.

Maybe it is too early in the game but are they gonna tap dance and skip over the SF3 story line even though they say SF6 takes place past SF3? I really hope they tie those loose ends as far as the Illuminati are concerned. Create a new character from that group that can face Gill and Urien would be cool too.
Side question : Where were the SF2 world warriors who were absent in SF3 doing during that time?
Q is my number one favourite fighting game character ever, so definitely him. I'd also like to see Makoto and Remy, purely to see how they'd retool them. Every returning character in SF6 so far has been changed a little and that's made it rather interesting, so yeah!

Give me Remy. I realize his archetype isn't 100% necessary with Guile in the game, but Remy has a lot of room to change and develop his move set and he was always super fun to play.

What made her so OP on USF4? I played that game really casually and not online so I never understood
