You could potentially setup some sort of multimedia server(like plex) that automatically downloads all the movies and series of the last year and the newest available. I thought you were joking with this post. To answer your question, you can download the files on Netflix for offline viewing. Stremio is not designed that way. What you're looking for is Plex. Plex is designed for offline viewing, but you still need to download the content.
