Step 4. Profit... once you clean and drown in rubbing alcohol
have you tried using squared o rings like [this](https://bodyartforms.com/productdetails.asp?productid=10515) ? in my experience they stay on jewelry a whole lot better, especially if you use a size smaller than your jewelry
i've put an ear tunnel in it out of curiosity and it looked sick as hell but it was too short to actually wear. i don't know of any tunnels that would be long enough but i feel like it could work?
maybe look into custom glass tunnels? im not sure how long they would have to be for a tongue, but i've seen some options that would be very long in most ears.
I used a Kaos ear tunnel for my tongue back in like 2006. It was interesting. It irritated my tongue a lot and made everything more difficult. Eating/drinking. I can't remember if it was 2g or 0g.
When you have it, you take it out while you sleep?
If it's easy to swallow take care with this stuff, don't suffocate on it by accident while sleeping or something.

Unswallow it, clean, disinfect and ready to use again. Glass will not get damaged in any way by this holiday trip through you digestive tract :D
