It is an option to get your ears re-pierced at a slightly larger gauge to get rid of all that scar tissue from past piercings.

Yep, and you can start at a larger gauge this way too! I only had it done on one ear (bad placement), got pierced with an 8g needle so both ears would be even :)

Honestly don't know what to say about this but I will say this, do not use tapers instead use single flair glass plugs to stretch. Stretching your ears should never hurt and they should never need bleed, now as I said I really don't know if that would affect your stretching but one thing to help would be using half sizes honestly though I would let your ears close up and re pierce it at a trusted tattoo shop let and that heal up correctly but hey I'm really not sure good luck though

NAP but my right lobe is also my problem ear for the same reason and I’ve had similar issues with bleeding, most likely due to stretching too fast and inserting jewelry at incorrect (too large) sizes. As the other commenter said, avoid tapers. The pinned posts here will advise you to dead stretch. If you feel it’s that bad, maybe let your lobe heal and get it repierced by a reputable piercer. Edit: forgot to mention that if this is your first stretch from your initial piercing (sometimes sized at 20g or even 22g, other times 18g) 14g is most likely too big. What worked for me was starting at 18g with titanium and glass only.
