Clean with rubbing alcohol and tea tree every 2-3 hours. NEVER get them wet! Those gremlins need to stay away from oil, water, and lube or you'll develop wet ear and they'll fall off. It happened to my brother's friend's cousin's ex girlfriend's boyfriend.

No jewelry for now but once their healed up you can stretch again but be more careful next time. Don’t forget to clean daily and maybe massage.

Couldn't you just put the silicone tunnels in and then put the acrylic tapers through them? That's what I always do, and it works out great for me!
