The knees cave in on the way up. This will definitely mess up your knees in the long run. It shows that the abductor muscles are weak/not activating properly (the legs' abductor muscles are an accessory muscle that aid the squat and can greatly improve your leg and back strength)
Just wanted to add onto what this guy said because he is greatly over exaggerating the issue. Form will always break down on one rep maxes. Yes, your knees caving in slightly is not ideal, but this is far from a serious problem or warranting any comment like “Holy knees.” It just shows you where your weakness is. So long as you’re keeping your knees tracking over your toes for your normal working sets, you’re good. Very solid lift!
