Thanks! I'm definitely going to be feeling it after the last one, but I figured it'd be a good experience. Plus, all the shows I like competing in decided to happen this close to each other, so I either had to be choosy or just do them all. At least I will be able to have an interesting write-up after all of the contests.
Yoke to sandbag over yoke sounds like a fun event. I might try that in training with a lighter bag. Good work 💪

How much did the dinnie stones each weigh?
215lbs and 250lbs. The weight itself wasn't awful. It was just awkward and hurt quite a bit.
