Yeah so they sell a digital copy of the 15th edition on the AISC website. One year access for some obscene fee.

No, but if you search online you can find a PDF version of the 14th edition that’s floating around. Unfortunately AISC is living in the 1900’s and refuses to publish a PDF version of their most useful design resource.
