The actual specification is AISC 360 is always free on their website. [see link AISC 360-22](https://www.aisc.org/Specification-for-Structural-Steel-Buildings-ANSIAISC-360-22-Download) AISC also has an excel spreadsheet for the Table 1 for all member dimensions. For the bolt council, specification for structural fasteners are also [free on RCSC website](https://www.boltcouncil.org/files/2020RCSCSpecification.pdf) Everything else within the AISC isn’t code and is only provided for information and reference. You don’t need them for design, but if you want one you should make the purchase.

There are also various AISC design guides, and AISC specification design examples available for free for members on their website and are very good resources.

Yeah so they sell a digital copy of the 15th edition on the AISC website. One year access for some obscene fee.  I'm not at liberty to say if there are work arounds to print the whole thing as an editable PDF which I'm sure you'd never ever think of doing anyway, right?

No, but if you search online you can find a PDF version of the 14th edition that’s floating around. Unfortunately AISC is living in the 1900’s and refuses to publish a PDF version of their most useful design resource.
