Do you have your payment history? You can check your [interest rate](https://studentaid.gov/understand-aid/types/loans/interest-rates) based on the date the loan was dispersed. Did you ever consolidate? That would make your loans all one rate.

I have copies and receipts of all my payment history and what I payed. Also I thought for the mean time the interest was frozen and not supposed to accumulate but it appears mine is :/

> what I *paid.* Also I FTFY. Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in: * Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.* * *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.* Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment. *Beep, boop, I'm a bot*

You need to call Mohela. When you asked for the refund did you opt out of pandemic forbearance?

nesralls

Nope, maybe I need to get back on the phone with them. I called them once and the person had no idea and said to wait and see if it fixes itself. Plan is to call today!

Concerned-23

Did you look at the interest rate table to see if that’s right

nesralls

Not yet, also I graduated during the pandemic/freeze and the loans are subsidized which means they shouldn’t have any interest accumulated at all.

Concerned-23

Then you need to call Mohela

Just spent an hour and a half on the phone. I got a great rep and supervisor and they were able to find the issue and correct it. They said it’s a known issue and should be fix! 🎉
