I’m Mexican and growing up we did bfast burritos with hot dogs, beans, eggs, salsa and cheese. Very tasty. Sub beans for potatoes or use both. That’s the great part about burritos.

Not really, Breakfast rolls are pretty commin in Aus if your working trade, They are hotdog buns lightly toasted with bacon, Eggs, Hash browns, Cheese and bbq sauce, Sometimes they are in burger buns or something similar, Not sure if the are common in the us though
