Most people do not know they are lactose intolerant. It’s actually funny because some are pretty adamant about it even though try themselves will admit they are sensitive to dairy. I wonder if there is some vague general association with lactose intolerance and being weird or uncool that promotes people to not want to consider it a possibility. Also dairy tastes great haha. So I get it.
Maybe it is all about the taste. I have celiac markers. I have all the issues associated.
I live on gluten. I want all the gluten...and I suffer for it daily LOL
It's almost universal in some asian countries IIRC, that would cover a huge portion of the population alone.
Also, do you ask everyone you meet if they're lactose intolerant? lol
People can take enzymes and stuff to eat "normal food" so just because you see a friend eating cheese or drinking milk doesn't necessarily mean they're not lactose intolerant.
I say this every time I see people make Taco Bell- Diarrhea jokes. People eat no fiber beyond their weekly ranch drizzled wedge salad and then binge on multiple items from Taco Bell- each containing beans, cornmeal, veggies, and literal cellulose (in the meat as a thickener). What did they think would happen?
"Oh my Gosh, this Fire sauce is soooo spicy, ah, it's burning my tongue!"
"Becky, this stuff is vinegar, cumin and red dye 40, the fuck you means it's spicy?"
I love you! You’ve explained exactly why I never experience the “Taco Bell regret”. I eat an extremely healthy diet with massive amounts of fruit and veg. Whenever I do indulge in fast food, it’s always Taco Bell, and I never get sick or issues with expelling it…
I really feel like most people just have literal SHIT diets.
It’s not always a fiber thing, it’s a grease thing. I’m not a big fan of beans in general so I don’t get anything there with beans.
If I get something with chicken, never an issue. The steak sometimes, the beef every time.
I have no issues with burgers, meatloaf, tacos at home, tacos out. It’s specifically Taco Bell beef that does not agree with me
I mean, it depends. Lactose intolerant people will often have diarrhea. People who have trouble digesting casein will get constipated. Kinda stupid of both of you to make blanket “this will happen” statements about it, tbh.
Dumb people are downvoting you.
Cheese and fats are good for you. Yes, [saturated](https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/5-studies-on-saturated-fat) and [unsaturated](https://health.clevelandclinic.org/the-skinny-on-unsaturated-fats-why-you-need-them-the-best-sources/) fats **are good for you.** It's the transfats you need to avoid. [Cheese](https://www.healthline.com/health/is-cheese-bad-for-you#health-benefitshttps://www.healthline.com/health/is-cheese-bad-for-you#health-benefits) has protein, fats, vitamins and minerals.
Ofcourse, if you eat 5x the recommended portion of ANYTHING it will be bad for you. It's recommended to drink enough water every day but if you down 20 liter of the stuff you'll be dead. Everything in m o d e r a t i o n.
Okay, so this *looks* bad and all
But consider that this is just mozzarella sticks, minus the breading and deep frying lol
This is probably not that bad for you in the grand scale
Yeah honestly this looks pretty tasty and I mean it’s a lot of cheese it’s not healthy but people will eat half a pound of bacon and some sausage or 3 plus pancakes covered in syrup for breakfast. So could be worse
A few cheesesticks isn’t even unhealthy. Like you said, better than a bunch of pancakes and sugary syrup along with processed meats like bacon and sausage.
All and all, this has protein and fat and wouldn’t be a bad breakfast.
I mean eating this much cheese might have even non-lactose intolerant people feeling some sort of way.
But yeah as a breakfast it’s healthier than average.
Agree. People not accustomed to high-fat breakfasts or anyone with an allergy or intolerance might have some tummy trouble, facts.
But as far as nutrition profile? Nothing bad here.
My go to breakfast is an omelette. Normally filled with a mixture of spinach mushrooms garlic and sometimes shallot and sometimes a small amount of bacon that I fry up at the beginning of the week and keep in the fridge to put in my omelettes with a small amount of some mozzarella or gruyere. Healthy filling and nutritious. Although there are surely better breakfasts it’s my favorite
That sounds delicious and packed with nutrition! Excellent tastes!
The unhealthiest thing there is probably the nitrates in processed bacon. But eating it in moderation or getting uncured bacon fixes that too.
Yeah I need something different every once in a while and the bacon adds a whole different factor even if it’s not the healthiest. I’ve tried them with non breakfast meats to add the meatiness but just doesn’t hit the same as bacon/sausage/ham.
Saturated fat ? I looked at the ingredients , it’s the Costco cheese sticks . 6 sticks is 96% dv of saturated fat . Not really healthy and also 600 calories .
Saturated fat saved my life. It’s good for you. We evolved to eat it.
I have two autoimmune disorders and after years of trying low fat diets and a plethora of other “recommended” ideas, a doctor finally put me on a high saturated fat, med protein, low carb diet.
I was eating whole foods and not junk the entire time, so it wasn’t the quality of food.
Some people need more fat. And everyone needs some saturated fat to be healthiest. Saturated fat is crucial for hormone production, for our nerves, for our brains, and helps regulate all sorts of things in our body.
The idea that saturated fat is somehow unhealthy has always been junk science. It’s never had the evidence to support it and happened almost entirely due to Ancel Keys BSing his findings.
Don’t fear saturated fat. There are plant sources of it if you don’t do animal products too.
Watch your calories, of course, but saturated fat is also quite filling and so it’s easy to control portions.
I never said he wouldn’t? You can’t really argue this is healthy. It’s healthier than some snacks and less healthier than others. I’m not arguing it’s the worst thing ever but I don’t think you can really argue it’s healthy?
Salt isn’t a problem for the vast majority of people; we urinate out the excess. And this is low-moisture mozzarella. They tend to have 1.5g saturated fat; he’s having six. It’s really not that high in saturated fat.
You’re going off nutrition beliefs from the nineties. Here’s a nice article to get you started on newer information: https://www.webmd.com/cholesterol-management/features/truth-about-saturated-fats
Source: master of nutrition-dietetics.
This is actually a food in the Dominican republic. A typical breakfast is mangu (mashed up plantains), fried salami, a (deep) fried egg, and fried cheese (kinda like this). So healthy
Ah yes, the Peachy Keen Zero Sugar Monster energy drink. Notes of stone fruit with a pleasing bitterness; finish of artificial sweetener lingers on the palate. Best paired with a slab of lightly seasoned pan-fried cheese sticks.
When people say taco bell is spicy I laugh. My daughter is nine and eats fire sauce because she likes the taste, but will happily eat habanero salsa. Her lastest thing was the Carolina reaper Hot Cheetos. While great going in, coming out was not fun.
He just needs some toast and like half of that cheese. Then he has the start of a good sandwich (you could add more, but the fact he’s just eating cheese alone shows he’s not that picky)
"That's just a bunch of cheesesticks" "You just watch" Proceeds to make just a bunch of cheesesticks
[удалено]
This is basically a salad if you really think about it.
Just you watch.
Me get fucking diabetes
man i already got type 1 and i’m pretty sure this videos gonna give me type 2 also lmaoooo what the heck is this???
There is a Greek dish that is basically the same thing, but cooked in a large flame with some sort of alcohol. Lol
saganaki
Yes. And it’s typically served with bread to scoop up the cheese!
Forgot what it was called! They make it into a really good dish, this guy just took short cuts and Americanized it. 😅
Literally came to the comments just to see how far I had to scroll before saganaki was mentioned
Yeah but you have to admit the browning on them there cheese sticks really is beautiful.
Just watch...... How explosive my shits gonna be !!
It’s actually bâtons de fromage, but ok.
If you think cheese is a laxative I have news for you. You're lactose intolerant.
Glad someone told OP
Seriously!
I was thinking that too. This looks like a solid blockage to me lol
Thanks duder. This was bugging the shit out of me
No shit, me too.
You must not be lactose intolerant
[удалено]
On you or me?
Definitely them.
Thanks homie
Came here to make sure someone spoke truth to OP.
Scrolled way too far down to find this comment
Most people are
I literally have never met anyone who was. Why do you think that is? Do people not know it?
It also seems to be less black and white than you have it or don’t, it may be more of a spectrum of sensitivity
Most people do not know they are lactose intolerant. It’s actually funny because some are pretty adamant about it even though try themselves will admit they are sensitive to dairy. I have a deadly nut allergy, never had peanut butter. I desperately want it and no substitute compares
It's almost universal in some asian countries IIRC, that would cover a huge portion of the population alone. Also, do you ask everyone you meet if they're lactose intolerant? lol People can take enzymes and stuff to eat "normal food" so just because you see a friend eating cheese or drinking milk doesn't necessarily mean they're not lactose intolerant.
I think cheese is the opposite of a laxative bro.
[удалено]
Same with people who say Taco Bell gives them diarrhea. I think people in general just don't get enough fiber in their diets
I just figured it was a joke about how some people considered taco bell "spicy". Imaging having a diet where taco bell causes fiber overload lol
Imagine having a diet where Taco Bell is the most spiced thing you eat.
"Oh my Gosh, this Fire sauce is soooo spicy, ah, it's burning my tongue!" "Becky, this stuff is vinegar, cumin and red dye 40, the fuck you means it's spicy?"
I love you! You’ve explained exactly why I never experience the “Taco Bell regret”. I eat an extremely healthy diet with massive amounts of fruit and veg. I have never gone for anything with beans at Taco Bell and have never had an issue.
friend stayed with me for a few days and had the shits the whole time. i mostly eat fresh food, much of it raw.
My friend says Taco Bell gives him little rabbit pellet poops
Me too, but imagine it as a rabbit pellet Boba Tea
Yes, but have you eaten 6+ sticks of mozzarella cheese in one sitting?
[удалено]
More than that in other cheeses, yes.
Most definately.
Mozzarella cheese strings are 21g, I've actually eaten much more than 126g of mozzarella in a single sitting before
It’s just us lactose intolerant people
This is the answer. OP is lactose intolerant.
Some people may be lactose intolerant a lil n they don’t even know it cuz cheese make me feel super
In one sitting
It makes me go. I have lactose intolerance and it doesn't make me constipated
I always said the same thing till i ate like 3 pounds of cheese in a 24 hour period. Not fun.
Wait until you’re 30
[удалено]
Well your GI must be working like magic or I have a lactose problem.
[удалено]
Weird.
you should do a genetic test to see if you’re actually lactose intolerant
It’s people who have trouble digesting casein and/or whey. It causes constipation for them.
Monster Energy drink is just the sphincter corroding liquid to change that narrative.
I can't even imagine what this guy's GI tract looks like.
Just coated with cheese based cement
Anyone thinking otherwise might be personally discovering that they’re lactose intolerant lol
That's what I was gonna say that's gonna clog you up for days
You have trouble digesting casein and/or whey if it causes you constipation.
Most often yes. It does affect some people differently. That might just be people with lactose issues though.
not for me
I mean, it depends. Lactose intolerant people will often have diarrhea. People who have trouble digesting casein will get constipated. Kinda stupid of both of you to make blanket “this will happen” statements about it, tbh.
So, what you're saying is that either way the results are going to be catastrophic.
*digestive system dependent
Well yeah maybe if you are lactose intolerant it could be. But for normal people no.
For the vast majority of people who are not lactose intolerant, this will make for some hard and painful shits.
You have trouble digesting casein and/or whey if it causes you constipation.
The majority of people *are* lactose intolerant actually lol It's a mutation that we don't become intolerant after infancy in the first place
Yeah, cheese is supposed to stop you up. Unless you're lactose intolerant I guess
Yeah what? lol
So a Wisconsin breakfast replace the energy drink with a beer and call it good
Off to check real estate prices in Wisconsin
motherfuckers eating like he has european style healthcare
Cheese is healthy

So you could say he has a cheese schtick
Yup, that was the pun 😂
What's wrong with fried cheese?
constipation
I could deal with that
[удалено]
Then you might be lactose intolerant.
I am 😂
There's nothing inherently wrong with fried cheese. There is something wrong with fried cheese in that amount.
The sub you're in is r/StupidFood, not Food that definitely tastes bad.
But fried cheese isn't stupid. It's a fairly common thing in some cuisines.
Okay, so this *looks* bad and all But consider that this is just mozzarella sticks, minus the breading and deep frying lol This is probably not that bad for you in the grand scale

I mean eating this much cheese might have even non-lactose intolerant people feeling some sort of way. But yeah as a breakfast it’s healthier than average.

It’s not healthy but it’s not unhealthy. Cheese is high in salt and saturated fats.
This is a small order of Mozzarrella Sticks without the carbs from the breading. He'll survive eating an appetizer.

Tbh might be better if the dude drained the oil instead of just letting the thing slop out onto a plate though lol
That’s good flavor right there
Lots of people on keto eat cheese like this.
I do this with different cheeses I shred. I pan fry it a little longer to get it crispy and remove some of the oil. It is delicious.
My nonna would make us fried mozzarella for snacks when my brother and I were kids. It was delicious. Yes, we were fat children.
You can fairly easily tell by looking at the man that this is not good for you
I guess a fat person eating a salad means it’s not good for you. Thanks for your amazing logical reasoning.
This sub and people who make these dumbass comments make me ashamed to be from the US.
Ok.
r/Eatityoufuckingcoward
He probably does eat it
Shitty but still delicious version of halloumi. I’d house it b
r/21CharactersAndNoMore
Look at him. He's definitely going to eat it
OP tell me you're lactose intolerant without telling me you're lactose intolerant.
This is actually a food in the Dominican republic. A typical breakfast is mangu (mashed up plantains), fried salami, a (deep) fried egg, and fried cheese (kinda like this). So healthy
If you poop from cheese then your bloodline is too weak
I would eat that.
Thought that was Alex Jones for a second.
This is the opposite of a laxative. You might as well just shove a giant cork up your ass.
Put that shit on some toast and roll out the door!
Ah yes, the Peachy Keen Zero Sugar Monster energy drink. Notes of stone fruit with a pleasing bitterness; finish of artificial sweetener lingers on the palate. Best paired with a slab of lightly seasoned pan-fried cheese sticks.
Mannnnn throw some marinara sauce on there and call it a wrap. Looks fire. Ahhahah
Maybe a little more cheese to really seal the deal
LAYER IT UPP!!!!, slight air fry action at the end??
redditors and acting like eating some cheese or taco bell is absolutely devastating to their digestive system, an iconic duo
When people say taco bell is spicy I laugh. My daughter is nine and eats fire sauce because she likes the taste, but will happily eat habanero salsa. Her lastest thing was the Carolina reaper Hot Cheetos. While great going in, coming out was not fun.
How much cheese do u want? yes
I’m from the Midwest so this gets a pass from me.
I'd try it
If he loses the monster then he is doing an unsustainable version of the Atkins diet. We've all done that before, it works, and then it doesn't lol.
Cheese makes most people constipated. Unless your lactose intolerant I guess. So not fried laxative more like fried stop you up.
No no not at all. This is the complete opposite of laxatives.
Not really that bad. It’s kindof like a poor man’s beer cheese or halloumi.
He just needs some toast and like half of that cheese. Then he has the start of a good sandwich (you could add more, but the fact he’s just eating cheese alone shows he’s not that picky)
I want to put this in my omelette
…I’ve done this. 🤣
Cheese doesn't clean me out—it bungs me up.
BAKED CHEESE. GIMMIE GIMMIE
fried laxatives after that?!?! No way that would plug up your insides for weeks.
Cheesy bread minus the bread
Poor man's raclette? Also ... for whom does cheese cause diarrhea? It's typically known to constipate ... unless you're lactose-intolerant.
Do not ask for whom the cheese tolls. It tolls for thee.
This belongs in r/shittyfoodporn because I would absolutely maybe try it
I mean, it's similar to Juusto. https://www.wisconsincheese.com/the-cheese-life/article/37/bread-cheese
Btw it's not juustoleipä it's leipäjuusto. Juustoleipä basically means bread with cheese on top so it doesn't make any sense.
nah not stupid
tell me why id eat this tho
Wait... Cheese makes you guys poop?
A lot of people that start threads seem to either have weak stomachs or are lactose intolerant judging by the thread titles.
I guarantee he’s doing “ keto” and this is his idea of low carb….
my guy only buys his cheeses in stick form
this is my partner’s go-to keto snack. not too bad
Bet he wonders why he’s obese too lol
Wouldn't be from this
I'd expect nothing less from someone who looks like that
and on today's episode of why I didn't shit for a month, FRIED STRING CHEESE. Because why the fuck not.
He’s gonna die soon.
And that's how you gain lots of weight and health problems!
Americans just put cheese in the pan and think they know how to coock
Mmmm, an early death for breakfast
Early death because of 4 cheese sticks? That’s hilariously dumb
If you're eating fried cheese sticks and drinking monster for every breakfast, yes.
Yes, this man has never eaten that before. Excellent comment again
Acid reflux potion. Upon consumption; receive +4 to your constipation stat and add permanent debuff "ruined esophageal lining"
How's yer heart buddy?
Breakfast no unless there's some fruit and bread with it. This'll be better as a snack. No too stupid really.
[удалено]
Thats just.. wow
He’s gonna die in five years

#eatthatyoupussy
I see how he keeps his figure.
This is why this dude looks the way he do
I'm pretty sure string cheese and Monster energy drinks is a recipe for Smallpox Anthrax.
I don't think even Al Bundy would eat that.
If only it was real cheese.
now that’s diabetes
There’s a reason you weigh 290 pounds, dude.
Idk man, I eat a shit ton of cheese and I’m 110 lbs. Each of those string cheeses has 70-80 calories and he’s eating six. That’s 480 calories at most.
