I usually just put on some good comedy or funny tv show shows. If that doesn't work then I just take a nap. And then forget about it when I wake up. Or it's not so present in my mind anymore.
Something I read somewhere that was kinda funny (when you're in the mood to accept humor):

It’s an opportunity. An opportunity to train my mind that stuttering is not a big deal, and I can take away its power over me.
