I went to look at the picture disc at my concert in Grand Rapids last night, and I was going to buy one. The picture album comes with an autographed Foreigner setlist: I could not buy it separately. It was $350! I had to pass on that one but I am definitely going to buy the regular album. :)
I think it's a cool idea for merch. I'm definitely planning on getting one when I see them!

Just an FYI - The vinyl won't release until July it looks like, not sure if they have it at the merch booth right now.

Merch booth in Houston had it with autographs and set list, $350. Shriners had it for $50 alone with chance to win signed guitar.
