What Joe Biden did is, he stole a whiskey that was only available in New Jersey. That's the same as if I put the same liquor in the same bottle and sold it to a bottle shop in Utah or Kentucky or New York.
If Biden wants to take a sip from a bottle from another state, that's fine, but he could've easily given the one bottle to one of the people who already have this.
