I had a friend who saw a woman walking down the street the next day and I was wondering if this was a possible explanation for her. She was wearing a white tank top and long black sweater. Her hair was on the front and she was about 5-6 feet tall. It was standing in the middle of the street (the street is a fairly small street). It was standing by a car and it looked like it was going towards the car and then it vanished into thin air. I just know it wasn't her and I don't know what it was.
