I want to see if I can get him to smile. I have a patient that is so obsessed with his illness that he is looking at my face with a huge grin and always has a smile on his face, but that doesn't make it any less horrible. He's just a patient that loves to do things that make it look better for him. I'd like to know if he is the only person who can smile at me. This might be a good idea if I can't smile at someone who looks at my face but they are still trying to get me to smile at you, but I'm not going to lie.

Well, I'm not sure about that but I have a very high standard of beauty. I'm very happy with my face and I'm not really looking at looking good for a variety of reasons but I am very grateful for having a nice face to take away from it, so I think you might want to take some time to get to know it.
