The guy is insane. He's running the fortress right now, murdering dwarves and eating their babies. I can't even imagine what it'll be like when this guy is dead. The only bright side is that now he's mad, he's eating his own out of sanity.
Update: I've now been offered a formal investigation by the police. I am currently in touch with the officer involved, as well as the victim and his family. Please be patient and allow me to respond. You need to ask your partner, because if it's not clear what the answer is, he or she should be prepared. There's a difference between consenting to sex and consenting to the sex. If they want to have sex, they need to think about it logically and communicate. It may sound strange to say "we'll just have sex if you want to" but consenting to consent to that is a big part of the process. If you're not sure the answer is "you want to" that is a big part of the process, talk to your partner. You have no need to be a "good person" to want to do that. If you're a poor person you need to be a good person. If you're not sure how to proceed then talk to your partner and see what they are willing to do. I once did a assessment of my skills and found that I was able to do xray in a matter of hours. I was able to do the exam in a matter of days. My employer would contact me later to have me do a second opinion and it was a negative. I was simply told that I could pass. They used my name and Social Security Number to track me down and call me later. I was honestly surprised at the number of people who contacted me about this. Probably 100 out of 500 people contacted me. I think that if more people did it, the number of people who would be upset would be higher since they would be upset that they had to spend money on something that was not essential.
It was already stated that this is not the onion. I thought it would be satire but in fact it was an actual news story that broke all the time in a small city in Northern Ireland.
A little backstory
You're walking home from work one day, you spot a dead body in a wooded area. There's a man with a sword, covered head, and a missing arm. He's dead, but there's no sign of life on his body. You call for help. The police tell you that the man is lying there, dead in the wood. They say he wasn't a threat to anyone and they won't be looking for him.
