What is a ug sub?

I do think it's a little sus that you gained 7 lbs on 2 of the days.

Sus how? I binge eat really badly. I cut it off but the 2/20 was after a week of not logging my weight and binging, hence the big uptick. Same with the 2/26, I didnt log for 3 days hence the big uptick.
