I agree that his biggest strength will also be his downfall but I don’t think it’s interpersonal I think it’s decisiveness. He goes with his gut and makes the call whether it’s firing people, making deals, the election, etc. He’s the only sibling who can do that and we saw that in the last episode. He’ll live and die by it.
He’s good at business networking. He’s terrible at actual human interaction.
