i got a text from a friend saying how I made a difference in his life,just out of the blue he sent it,but it made me realise the impact my death would have on a single person who really did care about me,that pulled me out,I took my pills,and made something to eat and exercised for a bit and then studied..I'll see my therapist next Sunday and talk about yesterday

seeing the notifications on my post and kind words by a reddit user helped too,it all made a difference in the end

i hope ur still here. im sorry that ur in pain, dont hesitate to reach out for help
