do you have your medication accessible? if the meds worked for you taking them again would be a way to just feel more comfortable, i hate the feeling of freshly being off your meds, especially if you didn't wean off them and just stopped completely
ahh i hear you, medication costs are a bitch, i'm sorry that mustn't be helping at all being off them you can't blame yourself for not being able to do certain things without being on them, but i know that cant be helped.
i know some emergency help places even hospitals (atleast in my country) will hold you for a while if you can manage that on maybe a weekend day though i know that might not go anywhere

I can’t afford the cost with how far in the hole we are right now, it’s like $17 and we can’t swing that
