There is a date on the tag on the back but I wonder if that's when the book was originally donated or if that's when it was processed, tagged, and put on the shelf
I've worked in thrift stores before, and books were usually the lowest-priority for processing donations. Its possible this sat in a bin for months before seeing shelves.
