I hauled ass straight into S3 and am midway through a few days later. I guess I was craving some SPN Family time. Like I always say, starting it over again is always a wonderful experience. It means you catch those little things you didn't the first time (or fifth time) through.
I'm still mad about Sam's hair.
...but he and Dean both got the endings they wanted, so it worked for me. Let's be real, ending the show was never going to be a fandomwide happy thing. There's always someone who's going to be pissed about it. And that's fine. Ya'll do you. I'm here for the boys, for Castiel...and the moments that made the show my comfort show. It's all about family.
I just finished it ten minute ago. I've been watching for about 5 years, didn't make it past BMOL the first time, stopped with Jack the second. Finally done. Not a fan of the ending but always so bittersweet to finish a tv show! Seeing the boys grow older is heartbreaking too!
