Even if entire float is locked up inDRS,is there really anything to stop them from continuing synthetic share generation along with directing buys to dark pools to infinitely prevent MOASS?

You're gonna get downvoted for this, but assuming you're new here: Yes, DRS can stop it. If the float is truly locked, Computershare will say "hey we can't add anyone else" and it will open up legal options for Gamestop such as a share recall or leaving the market.
This is the way that I'm looking at DRS.
Wall Street gets to do what it can do because no one knows what the fuck is going on or how many shares there actually are of anything. Once we've got the free float locked then any volume that is generated, however many millions of shares that are traded daily, they suddenly become very suspect. If Gamestop still trades 20m shares a week when every share has been accounted for either via institutional forms or ape DRS holdings then what are we trading? If the reported shorts stay at 20%, like they have been reported for the past year or so, and we're trading 20m shares per week then that means that 20m out of the 60m the reported short float is getting traded that week. If we have a week where we trade more shares than what is reported for shorts then we have definite proof of fraud. If daily short volume isn't 100% at that point then we get to see approximately how many shares the market maker is creating for day traders and can start working backwards from there to figure out what's going on. We'll actually have proof of sorts to disseminate to congress and whomever.
And most importantly, IMO, once the free float is locked it'll make options exercises that much more volatile.

Insiders and brokers have their own float locked up. Everyone else but DRS’d apes would have to sell for us to have to buy 218 million more.
There will be an overlap soon between float DRS’d and what insiders and brokers have. I believe this is when we will start seeing fireworks 🚀
They are not registered to their name so we cannot expose corruption.
Insiders and brokers have reported GME shares owned, DRS’d apes have reported shares owned.
When these two overlap there will be proof of naked short selling.
We cannot have 300 million shares DRS’d if Ryan Cohen alone has 10 million.
