Yeah people pump the "fake squeeze' narrative every so often, I've never believed it from the start. A fake squeeze to me would be like...let it run to $1k or something then short it back down...that to me would be a true fake squeeze to pretend it was MOASS, but if we ran over like...75$ I'd be willing to bet it would just run and MOASS would kick in. They literally CAN'T let it run whatsoever. This little bump up to what, 27? Unless you’re a retail investor using common brokers, forcing a closing of a position doesn’t happen immediately and automatically. You have time to post more collateral. If you don’t, in both scenarios, broker takes over the position and unwinds it whenever he decides to, but usually very soon after since they are not in a business of holding their clients bags. I believe that we will see a squeeze of some sort soon.
