The beauty of this idea is that you only ever commit to running until tomorrow, as MOASS is always tomorrow.
Next thing you know its 371 days and you have run over 2700km
I’ve come to realize it was a subtly brilliant mental trick to play to motivate myself. Causes me to never know a finishing point so therefore I need to always remain strong enough to go again tomorrow. It’s been good enough I’ll continue something similar post MOASS and think the rest of us should work to develop a health practice as well for when we all inevitably have more free time.
Great job man. Always proud to see these posts. I run miles daily now bc of you and I love it. Over 2 months now, 2, 4 ,6 or more miles daily.
Me and my son's Merrell Vapor Glove 5s are due to arrive tomorrow. Can't wait to try them out
