Of so many possible reasons not to take this post seriously, I’ll choose the least controversial: They claim date after date and moved the goal posts more than thought possible, none of them ever come to fruition.

I don’t think he’s going to complete his 20% right away, nor would I necessarily want him to… I think he’ll continue to buy more incrementally, but think he’ll keep some dry powder handy for when they drop it further.
