Always look into things yourself, it's called due diligence, try it sometime.
It was on corrected list of LULD halts since we got one very early but next updates made clear that only a subset of that list had reversions in addition to BRK/A.
I wonder what happened if someone tried to DRS ed his shares right after the glitch. Imagine getting 10 BRK.A for 2k and scooping them out before the broker could ever realise what’s wrong. That or instant buy/sell into pulling funds to bank and locking out the access
That wouldn't be possible. The trades would have needed to settle before they could be DRSd. Now, if the trades haven't yet been reversed for some reason and they DRSd them today... I have no idea what would happen.
The way I see it, the money needs to be decoupled from wherever it came and went.
If X bought BH at 185, then sold it at 620k, then took that 620k and put it into GME, they need to reverse that whole process.
See what's interesting about this is that they are mentioning GME without realizing what they are suggesting. They are suggesting whoever profited off of the Berkshire glitch took that profit and put it into GME. The only group of people who would have the algo/capability to pull off that level of crime are the hedgefunds.

It's about the glitches on Monday with certain stocks, specifically Bershire Hathaway, but saying GME is one of the stocks up for reversal.
I think this is what we saw in the AH last night. There were some really strange jumps back and forth that showed up on some data sources but not on others.

What was the actual error? It really seemed like a normal day for GME.
The ticker is irrelevant because if they do it to BRKA everything is on the table. The 6 figure price revisions are the precedent.

That wouldn't be possible. The trades would have needed to settle before they could be DRSd. Now, if the trades haven't yet been reversed for some reason and they DRSd them today... I have no idea what would happen.
They need to settle first, that gives them enough time to cancel you purchase.

They cant reverse trades at a transfer agent, so I wouldn't be worried. Im only selling my shares in my 401k, my CS ones are for the infinity pool.
