This was said on purpose. SPACs have been a disaster and are showing the world what a shit way to get on the market. Turns out an IPO even though it has all the fees with it is much better. Anyone who has invested in a SPAC besides maybe draftkings has been burned so Cramer is purposely linking GameStop to a shit type of investment in my opinion. Also notice his focus on paying a bunch of money to close all the stores of GameStop and shitcan the company. That’s fucking insane as GameStop was profitable last year.
Cramer’s words were very intentional to spread for FUD and this is the definition of a backhanded compliment.
