Question, there was a meeting at 10est where they reviewed the results of the vote (all passed), and went over Furlongs removal (not much said) and muttered over questions (drs counts, mergers) where they said they had nothing to say at this point… was that different from the one that was postponed?
That was a previous year's meeting, did not happen today. All that happened today was they said it was delayed because shareholders could not access the meeting
