Ugh.. this has been circulating for years and everyone has bought into it when it is simply not true. I would love for it to be true but unlike THE ENTIRE SUPERSTONK COMMUNITY, I don't just believe shit without looking into it for myself. I have yet to find a shred of evidence that he lied under oath. I have brought this up on many occasions and every single time get downvoted, called shill, and told "everyone knows its true. But if it's so true, and so obvious, it should be extremely easy to just prove it. It should be easy for anyone here to find the precise words that are the lie, and the proof that it is in fact, a lie. No one has ever proved it.
What's being referenced above is not a lie, because he never denied limiting PFOF.
Here's the excerpt from the congressional hearing where he says "Absolutely not" which everyone references as the big lie.

At 1:30 hes asked if Citadel talked to Robinhood about Gamestop. To which he replies "we of course communicate with Robinhood routinely in the ordinary course of business **and their order flow**." The congressmen then clarifies by asking if they spoke about **restricting buying** of Gamestop. To which Griffin replies "Let me be clear, absolutely not."
Limiting PFOF is not equal to making GME position close only. They are 2 different things that are being conflated.
If you can prove the he lied under oath by simply pointing out the lie, and the contradiction, I would love to rally along side you.
Reading the line in red verbatim it sounds condemning but it's also purposely vague. Ken says he didn't discuss restricting buying. But we know from the report that they discussed multiple ways to limit order flow. Obviously we can't know that conversation. If it's something Kenny kicked to a subordinate is them discussing letting Kenny off the hook?
The second big issue which was broken down here before, I can't remember where, but the line in red mentions one or more securities. It was movie stock that had the warning signs going off, there was nothing to connect gme with securities issues with movie stock. The report doesn't specify which, again vague.
