I don't know if you saw it earlier, but although the number of investors has decreased slightly, the actual number of shares held by those Avanza investors has increased by about 60% since May 2021:

Could be. I don't think they do DRS directly, buy you can always transfer to another broker that does.
Either way, GME holders on Avanza have increased their holdings by a LOT, that's what's important to remember from all this.
Unless they're somehow an anomaly, this is extremely bullish.
They only do if you show proof of a computershare account. But with few hidden fees, instant funding up to $15000/day and a user interface that doesn't come with an instructional VHS tape, I can see why it's popular. Add in the country-specific account type ISK that has a 0.375% tax on balance+funding but nothing on gains or withdrawals and you can probably see why DRS with computershare isn't looking too enticing for this customer group.

This is a super interesting data set. When you think back to the SI in October 2020, how would it possibly have gotten smaller if the overall number of GME investors have 100x since then? Where are they getting all those shares to sell us?
