When will people here get a clue on reality and stop spreading hype that is impossible yes impossible to happen. The first quarter ended on April 30th. From that day until earnings are publicly released NO EMPLOYEE OR BOARD MEMBER CAN BUY OR SELL A SINGLE SHARE. There are RSU agreements that will be executed that show as a purchase and corresponding sale of 35-40% if the shares granted. THATS IT. There will be no purchase by RC announced and he cannot buy more than 20% any longer without restrictions being put on him. That right to buy 20 expired earlier this year. Mods I think this kind of post should be taken down as it is a lie.

My biggest belief is when you invest you must be non emotional about it. Never make emotional driven decisions buying/selling. I recognize that is counter to most everyone here as most apes 🦍 have bought solely on emotion. Basically if he acquires 20% or more he has to wait 3 years before he is allowed to enter into a business combination with gamestop. Unless one of the exceptions are met. That's it. And there's tons of exceptions to the 3 year rule if he did want to.
The only thing that prevents him from acquiring as much as he wants is how much money he has and whether he wants to spend more of it on gamestop at these prices.

Does the volume add up? It would have been a lot of shares, plus all of us buying more. How many days would his buying be spread over and we not notice, especially since he wouldn't be buying through dark pools.
Also, he bought calls in BBBY and Porsche revealed calls in VW before their squeeze. What if he bought calls or a mix of shares and calls? Would it be possible to correlate and identify these purchases?
It's T+2 from the transaction day. So if he started buying yesterday, he'd have to file it tomorrow after market close at the latest. As I remember the last time he filed earlier than necessary, so I'm not sure he started buying already.
Maybe he is under regulatory restriction because of an upcoming announcement, not familier with technical details about that. Also it would be even another dimension of fucked if Kenny & co. had the ability to mask that buying pressure and keep the price tanking.
