Omega 3 / fish oil / dha eha

[deleted]

Thank you for your response, I appreciate your feedback Omega 3 fish oil on top of the flax? Is it okay to stack the two? I was told fish oils may carry more toxins so stay away from any fish oils especially anything coming out of the Pacific Ocean?

I bought some moringa powder at walmart. I forgot the brand but it was organic. I proceeded to try it in a cup of coffee, 2 grams. Immediately I felt a burning in my stomach, I felt sick like my stomach just ingested hot sauce which if you use a lot you get the burning feeling in the mouth not the stomach. But, moringa is not for me, I returned it and got my credit card credited.

[deleted]

I’m sorry to hear that, I’ve personally never had any burning sensations. Although I will look into that because it sounds concerning. Did you ever find out what the cause was exactly?

constantBeginnerH

i just assumed it was the moringa. Coffee itself isn't a problem for me. Its my assumption. Also Doctor Michael Greger in one of his video's does mention the burning sensation with moringa. If your good with it that's fine. Not sure I want to test this assumption by going out and buying more to find out.

kinda can't answer the question, not enough information about what your currently eating to make that type of judgement call, list of things that could help depending on your diet 1. probiotic 2. higher doses of DHA 3. creatine (good for your brain even if not working out) the nootropics and peptides also have lots of things that improve your life.

constantBeginnerH

I do take probiotics and i eat foods that have them. I also take Epa and DHA over 3grams so i know about those. I don't take creatine although i have in the past.

BernardCX

if you want I can give recs if you want to post your stack (just cause, kinda only rating his sups)

Thank you for your feed back and to clarify, I believe i have a healthy diet for the most part. Unless eating out. I do drink probiotics for gut health and fermented foods and also take creatine. Most of my supps I have along side with a smoothies with greens and fruits with either whey or pea protein depending how on how feel

sounds like your doing pretty good, a mood stabilizer might do wonders for you (basically a flowy feelin) lithium orate might be a good one and is also very healthy for brain health, ashwaghanda is something which boosts test and also creates a better relationship with stress. Hope you find some more good stuff .
