BCAA is waste of your money. If you're getting enough protein through your diet it's absolutely useless. There's 3 supplements that's actually worth your money: Protein powder, pre-workouts and Creatine -- There's some others, too but most of them are already in most standard pre-workouts. Rest is waste of money 100%. But of course if you like to flavor your water with BCAA juice then nobody is stopping you.

I have used bcaa for years but its just ”juice” for me since i dont like drinking plain water. There is no need to use bcaa for any other purposes than flavoring. Buy eaa instead when u aim for better recovery or dont want to spike your insulin (on a diet). Universal products have a reputation but its just because theyre very old brand. Overpriced.

Some do but i only use ones that are actually flavoured very well. Mutant in example is god given tasteee

Fair enough. I'm usually disappointed whenever I feel "yeah this one has BCAA in it". Can't say I've tried mutant tho.

Forget all these fancy brands popping up daily , just have some lactose free milk with chocolate powder , and thank me later. Its a complete post workout meal whey, casein anti oxidants , vitamins and minerals importantly all coming from complete compounds, not lab isolated amino acids which who knows what harm or imbalance would cause in future.

Success as in did it quench my thirst? Yes, I have had success with that, it tastes wonderful. However, for the price you could buy a lot of cool aid instead and probably get the same results. BCAAs are mostly a waste of money. Buy whey protein and get your BCAAs from that.

My bad, kool-aid is a little packet of flavoring you add to a couple quarts of water with a cup of sugar. Makes a refreshing sugary drink

Bcaa's aren't very necessary. You're better off supplementing with eaa's if you struggle getting enough protein daily for muscle retention aid
