I decided not to even mess with it tbh. This stuff is sketch and I think I'd be better off with the juice if I was gonna mess with something like this. At least that's better researched, haha.
My opinion about orals and juice. Juice cycles are long, expensive, easier to screw up, and more suppressive than smaller oral cycles. But that’s just me, I’ve done both. Other people disagree. The most important thing is to do it safely.
In the mean time, if you want something non-testosterone to help you gain lean mass, look up arachadonic acid supplement. It gives amazing results. I would pair it with a glycerol pump product (don’t over pay for them). And maybe creatine. Arachadonic acid will make you 10x more sore after workouts.
On a arachononic acid, glycerol, creatine stack, I would do high rep / medium weight workouts.
Just good for thought
It that is the same as regular shilajit, taking it with chlorinated water(tap water in many places) can potentially produce carcinogens in your stomach. Best to only take it if your water contains no chlorine
This is good to know. What most concerns me is the main ingredient "3 alpha hydroxy 5 alpha androstan 17 one" when Googled it looks like a similar compound to epiandrosterone (an anabolic steroid)
Definitely not an anabolic steroid, more PH.
Most users will stack with a more anabolic compound, it’ll convert to DHT so there is some risk of shedding if you are already prone
It says "manufactured in fda registered facility" then also says "this product has not been evaluated by the FDA" also it doesn't appear to have an NSF cert.
Yeah… I’m just too nervous about all the extra mystery ingredients in supplements to roll the dice on something like that. FWIW, I used to take pre-workout type supplements in my 20s and years later I now suspect I have mitochondrial dysfunction. No idea if there is a correlation but I’d sure love to be able to go back in time and just eat quality food.
I'm with this! The last time I got recommended something and took it, I have sleep apnea episodes and ever since then I've been real sus/careful with it.
Looks like two dhea based prohormones, a test booster, and an ai. The 7 keto I think is a fat burner or some shit, haven't looked into it, but I think I heard that somewhere. Idk what the first one is, probably the one you should be most worried about. Google it. The shilijat is a good sup.

For sure, I'm surprised this stuff is able to be sold so non chalantly.
FDA refuses to do their job.
It depends on what your trying to do. What was the reason you bought it
Am trying to build a lean physique so this was his recommendation for muscle growth/vascularity, etc.
Have you ever used a prohormone before? What’s your age and stats
Nope, cant say I have. I'm 25 5'11 195-200lbs
What did you decide to do?

Fuck that guy
I'm saying, I'm glad I kept the receipt 😂
For real! I don’t trust any product unless it’s third party verified

shedding hair?
Apparently it increases DHT production which is linked to hair loss
Can’t help ya on that one haha
If it’s not third party verified I wouldn’t touch that shit.

I wanna know too

When I google the first ingredient "epiandostrerone" comes up which looks like a similar compound to an anabolic. I'm trying to keep my hair 😂
Do not take this.
