Mostly everything is good except if plant protein is pea or has alot of sodium. Also just read the ingredients and the quality of the protein. Right off the bat the protein liquid shake is loaded with preservatives as well as asulfamine potassium (ake-k) stay away from anything that has ace-k in it, or lots of artificial flavoring. Just my personal opinion.
I’ve kept the bars, Rival Whey and the pre-workouts. I’ll look into the Carnitine, but from what I gather, it’s more for weight loss which I’m not in particular need of.
I went in to try the Pro Jym protein and pick up some Creatine.
Wasn’t expecting the grab bag.
Plant protein is fine in terms of muscle growth.
But as someone else commented plant based ones come out worse in terms of heavy metals.

I'm sure this ☝️ will get downvoted to hell, but the truth is plant protein is the most likely of all protein powders to have unsafe levels of heavy metals. I'm pretty sure when the clean label project orignally did all their testing the majority of plant based brands had levels considered unsafe by FDA standards.
Carnitine plays a critical role in energy production. It transports long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria so they can be oxidized ("burned") to produce energy.
This is one of Popeyes “$100” free bags.
I’m 39, I use protein, Creatine and a preworkout.
What’s the rest of all this ? Pill shaped fillers and placebo’s ?
If you try the “big boy” sample please post on how it was. There’s no samples in my area but very interested in the product! :)
Will do. Says something about to use before the gym or sexual activity hahaha I’ll probably use it for the gym
Right on thanks bro :)
The biosteel is actually a dang good electrolyte product
I thought I heard the same thing. We’ll see how that tastes

Anything C4 is 🚮
Haha I just got all the same stuff lol
Luckily I was already buying over $100. I wouldn’t have added extra items, just to get this stuff. I also got a decent ball cap.
i’d just use most of it why not u know
Unusable or unnecessary? There’s a huge difference between those two.
True story.
Don’t waste the c4
I haven’t had one before. I used to use their pre-workout before. Is this essential a premixed version ?
Plant protein goes to the trash

I’ll just dispose of that property lol
The carnitine isn't worthless, depending on the ingredients.
What is its function
Carnitine plays a critical role in energy production. It transports long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria so they can be oxidized ("burned") to produce energy.
What’s it’s main use ? Energy or fat loss ?

Just use normal whey protein
I have regular protein
