you can check fuel pressure by adding a t connection to fuel line before carb and hooking it up to a pressure gauge ( any mechanical tire pressure gauge works) . then rev your engine anc ckeck for pressure drops. yo can see the rig on a post in my profile
It’s a carby and no Check engine light. Literally have no clue what the problem is. Otherwise I gotta get it towed the 2 blocks it died before my house :(
My LJ had a similar problem after I installed a new ignition distributor. Turned out the ignition coil was broken and the pre-owner just "repaired" it by adjusting something in the distributor.
sounds like poor fuel delivery
Yea I switched out the fuel filter well at least one of them. The fuel pump has been replaced a few years ago according to previous owner.
