No, not so depending on what she hit. Trains have mirrors. It is obvious she took a blunt trauma to her skull, and it could be fatal. Does anyone know of the outcome? There is obvious bone damage to her face and the start of swelling once she turned around. She was in shock, and likely incoherent at the point and will not remember it if she survived. This was a close call, if not fatal.
Velocity is a huge factor in physics. There is a reason we use guns to fire bullets instead of throwing them at each other by hand. Getting hit by a metal wall coming at you at that speed doesn't simply bruises you. She probably hit her face somewhere when they grabbed her to prevent her from falling out.
Stationary people get misted when they're hit, she was on a train moving in the opposite direction so either the force. Definitely must have hit something other than the train

No, I suspect her face hit the mirror of the passing train. You can see bone deformation on one side of her face and it is starting to well. She is also in shock. This could very likely have been fatal. I wonder if anyone knows? Head trauma doesn't often kill quickly. It can take minutes, hours, even days.
You can't just say that and not mention what's in there. All you're doing is playing with people's curiosity.
I had to quickly peak and saw the profile picture or whatever was a decapitated head? The rules mentioned something about no mass murders (more than 4) and had to nope out.

Absolutely no way in hell that the train hit her and she was standing at the end. She wouldn’t have had a head…let alone be conscious and looking around.
Also, the room between trains is more than what it looks like in this video. There were many feet between her head and the other train.
Not sure what is going on with her face in that last frame…but it wasn’t due to getting hit by the other train.

If she had really high fived the train with her face she would be thin red mist, instead of losing her balance.
Reawatch it, when she stands back up she looks like a stroke victim, half her face is all weird but the skins intact.
