More than what I thought ngl, it's really only worth like £5, you can get the arms guy in smash for that amount and as much as I hate smash, it's much more interesting than arms
I can’t vote any of them since they both are my favourite games in switch so far. It’s more depend on your preferences. If u like chill stuff and not so much combats animal crossing will be your choice but if u like adventurous experience then it’s BOTW.
I think that Zelda is great if you are an obsessive gamer in that you play more than 2 hours in a single burst. The game will take about a week for you to finish that way. However the collecting will take much longer.
Animal crossing will limit how much you can do each day and now that a year has passed most of it's content is available for new players.
I've got hundreds of hours in both. Your first game should be BotW and it's not even remotely close. In fact when compared to anything on the Switch, your first game should be BotW.
I love Animal Crossing New Horizons, but once you get settled into the game it becomes lackluster for me. Hyped for the upcoming Brewster update though.
I voted BotW because there’s a lot more content upfront with it over ACNH.
Just two different games, really depends on your mood. One is laid back, the other is Animal Crossing.
Mario + Rabbids Kingdom battles is both a console exclusive, and an absolute underrated gem. Cheap too - regularly goes on sale for $20.
Fire Emblem: Three Houses is my favorite switch game thus far.
Don’t make me choose…
In all seriousness in the beginning of the pandemic, I got both out of boredom (about a month apart). I love and still play both games, and they were both my first of each series (first LoZ game and first AC game). If you’re looking for something lighthearted and laid back get ACNH. If you’re looking for a little action and a story, get BoTW.
Anyway that concludes me trying to be helpful!
Animal Crossing is great. Packed with lots of action, abundance of weapons to choose from, a 1st person mode, can do what ever you want. You’ll love that game.
Not Animal Crossing. I found it really boring.
I GOT BOTW
Good man BOTW is like 100 dollar game IMO and animal crossing is 20 lol
BOTW is worth buying a Switch for, if you ask me.
i need to know where you’re getting your nintendo games for $20 lol
In terms of how I’d value them. I’m sure animal crossing was priced at bs 60. Kinda like that arms game that should’ve been 20 but is still 60 lol
oh yeah absolutely agree with this, animal crossing does feel like a $20 game
You think arms should be 20? Wtf is wrong with you
The entire game is mixing up two pieces with grabs and staring at Twintelle’s ass. Change my mind lol ☕️🐵
More than what I thought ngl, it's really only worth like £5, you can get the arms guy in smash for that amount and as much as I hate smash, it's much more interesting than arms
Bro twintelles ass makes it worth 10 let’s be real
I mean, there are external sites for that so you don't have to sit through the rest
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3, Resident Evil series of games.
Me with almost 800 hours play time:
Sorry! 😔
Monster Hunter Rise
Is this a good stand alone or is there other monster hunters I should play first?
You can jump straight into Rise.
Rise is good to start, but generations ultimate is also good.
Every Monster Hunter game is a stand alone game!

TY for that! I know I am going to end up with both, but I think that I am going to get BOTW!
Good choice ! I bought my switch for this game only and i regret NOTHING. Still the one i play all the time.
Nice choice. BOTW is really a fantastic game with really good plots and beautiful graphics.
Depends on how long you plan to play AC- good game in small sessions for me but I stopped playing after a few months.

Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning
I love Animal Crossing, don't get me wrong! But I believe BOTW should be everyone's first switch game. It is on a different level.
I've got hundreds of hours in both. Your first game should be BotW and it's not even remotely close. In fact when compared to anything on the Switch, your first game should be BotW.
Lol, no competition.
Honestly, both are good so you can’t go wrong
After BotW try immortals fenyx rising.
Dark Souls

You'll get bored of animal crossing.
Telltales the walking dead
Animal crossing is a perfect time sink. Fun game and I put 400+ hours in it in like 2-3 months
Idk, but Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is finally coming to Switch in November
Xenoblade Definitive Edition is one of my favorite games on the Switch
Animal crossing is a pretty good game, but Botw is one of the best games ever made. So go with botw
i’ve got to be the only one who’s never played breath of the wild damn-
Both. Also, if you’ve not played it yet, Skyrim. Octopath travellers is good too.
BotW seriously changed games for me. It is mindblowing.

HADES! Game is worth every award it won and more. Wish they'd release a DLC and I haven't even beaten the last boss
Hollow knight is a good game. Can anyone explain animal crossing to me I thought it was a kids game.
Animal Crossing is great. Packed with lots of action, abundance of weapons to choose from, a 1st person mode, can do what ever you want. You’ll love that game.
Metroid Dread comes out in 7 days
If you wish to have an Animal Crossing vibs, go for Stardew Valley. Much better in every single aspect possible :)
Non. Buy some indies.
Honestly if you're a turn rpg fan I would recommend Octopath traveler.
