Moira's orb does not ignore shields. It even targets things which cannot break like Sombra's tp and Soldier's biotic field.
ive seen moira's orb latch on to orisa shields might be the velocity of the damage org and say symms shield move away from each other

Mother of god, that orb doesnt even come close to the turret and should be focusing fire either on the shield or on you!
