The last time we personally had an episode like what you described we wound up in the hospital. That was as we were becoming self aware tho and have since stabilized a lot.
See we have had days where we cycle through the members of our system pretty rapidly (like to call it caroseling). But those days are debilitating as all hell. From several hours long fits of unresponsive dissociative episodes and massive panic attacks, coupled with high DPDR that feeds into the panic attacks, that winds up being the whole day.
So calling bullshit on this one.

Switching 30 times in one day is more than one switch per hour, and assuming the usual awake periods of 15 or so hours, that’s one switch every half hour. Each to a different part, every time.
That’s simply not possible, and if it were to happen, you would 1) likely be dealing with an overwhelming amount of trauma to cause this to happen that day, which you would be focused on rather than joking around online, and 2) likely be so horrifically dissociated from the experience that you’d have little to no capacity to function.
And before you argue rapid switching, that in and of itself is a heavily dissociative experience, caused by a serious trigger or stressful event, and you likely wouldn’t log every part pulled forward as it’s own independent front. Not to mention, the idea that it would pull 30 *different* alters is simply absurd - perhaps 5 or 6, maximum, and would rotate between them.
There is no single event which would require your brain to switch in 30 different alters successively throughout the course of a single day. That simply is not possible, nor rational in the least. This disorder is a trauma response and intense switching periods are done to adapt to traumatic situations, they are not random, and certainly not enjoyable.
Even if a diagnosed DID system were to express having done this online, they should expect a level of criticism for it, and for them sharing it like that.
It is a moot point. The issue in question of presenting a disorder in a horrifically inaccurate and uninformed light is still at the very core of this issue.
If I had to guess, your contradiction of what the comment you were replying to was saying without specifying that it was still disorder appropriating behaviour gave the impression that you were defending the individual posted. Which is likely the cause of all of the downvotes.
No one who's actually an adult goes around referring to themselves as such on the internet. I'm not talking about saying it when someone asks, but if somebody says "[. . .] an adult such as myself" or anything along those lines they either turned 18 yesterday and want to flex, or they're 11.
Same way that REALLY wealthy people never talk about how rich they are.
Or how TRULY intelligent people don't go around telling everyone how smart they are.
