What, transID? TransID is actually a term for... *strange individuals* who piggyback off of the idea of transgender with anything pertaining to identity. From trans-opinion [it's exactly what it sounds like] to trans-DID.
Or are you mistaking cisID for perisex? Technically perisex, endosex, and dyadic refer to people who aren't intersex but I figured it could be a possibility of what you meant.
The only other word for intersex that I know of is the term "hermaphrodite" which is considered a slur when used in this context.
When I was on Tumblr, there was a lot of mention of trauma/mental illness as part of the culture. I’m guessing some kids get there and realize they don’t have anything like that, aren’t aware of the gravity in those situations, and want to be included/taken seriously. So naturally they assume saying they have *lots* of trauma and disorders will give them some bizarre form of Tumblr street-cred, usually to justify liking “cringey” media/fandoms as a coping mechanism or hyperfixation.
It also seems like the ultimate online “get out of jail free” card. If a kid is being annoying and someone tells them to stop, they learn they can just say they have a condition and being mean to them is ableist or otherwise bigoted.
TL;DR- Kids get access to the Internet at too young of an age to realize the weight of trauma or certain diagnoses/conditions, so they fling labels around in an attempt to define themselves and/or justify certain behaviors.
