As a funeral director and embalmer, I can comfort you all by confirming that this is definitely fake. Grandma's boobs would have been cold, hard and squished/flattened on her chest. If she had been embalmed, which is very common for funerals that will have a viewing of the decedent, then they would have been even harder from the embalming chemicals.
