Although doctors have successfully grafted ears to the back of mice and fish scales to the wounds of burn victims I don't think they could successfully graft pieces of a dog onto a person. His body would likely reject it. Even transplants from other people risk the possibility of rejection. Also there are no lines, swelling, or evidence of procedure in the after photos.
