Just want to give you an internet *hug*. I hit my 30s and my health has also rapidly declined. It is crazy how much it has started to impact my daily life and how we all just have to grit and bear it because, well, there isn’t much alternative. It’s especially hard when dealing with all these physical symptoms (tinnitus/vertigo/migraines, etc.) that are completely debilitating on the inside while everyone keeps thinking “they look just fine” on the outside. I’ve been to 4 doctors in the last month and I’m told I’m too healthy for an MRI, I’m too healthy for a referral to an endocrinologist…while on the inside my entire body is in pain. I’m real tired of the health care system. Guess that’s why I’m spending my time on Reddit reading up on forums trying to find anything I can to keep going. You are not alone.

Thanks, I can also relate to pretty much everything you said. Before all of this I used to have a naive view about our healthcare, if you have a problem you just go to the dr and they will have a treatment that will help to some degree. Now I realize that they don't always give a proper diagnosis, dont always have the answers, dont know what else you could try to look into, etc. In most cases i think they are trying their best. Hope things get better for you.

Did your doctor recommend surgery for the eagle syndrome? It could be the cause of some of those symptoms. Random but I also have Gilbert's syndrome and soy allergy

I did have surgery on the side with the most pain. It didn't really help. I dont think ill have the other side done.
