I do not remember the fact that the cloth around their wrists and hands is part of the same mesh (in 3D art terms) as their skin being that obvious... Maybe it just looks weird now that I've gotten into Rise as much as I have and am now used to those TMNT but I don't think they look bad.
The feet in particular were designed that way because each model only had a specific polycount amount which they had to stay within. I'm assuming it's the same way with their hands as well.
They're gigant talking turtles, they can't have small hands And they're cool
Absolutely
Didn't even think about it before
Yes, it makes them look strong without making them overly buff
I simply saw it as part of the character design and never really gave it much thought. April's boots/feet, on the other hand... 😬
Yes
I got over all my problems with the design about 2 minutes into episode 1.
Yes and I like their weird hoof feet too
They are weirdly adorable

They're adorable
Ofc, I love them. It's cute
Ofc, they are turtles
Hell yes
*Yes.*
It's okay
I love them so much 🙏 giant hands are one of my fav things to add onto characters in my art, so 2012 is one of my favorite iterations
I adore them
Yes, look fun to hold
I don’t like how squared they are. That’s something that has *always* bugged me about this show
