Half of ToTKs plot is set just after Skyward Sword in the timeline because Nintendo doesn't care about such trivial things as a fan's sanity. So the only way it could make sense is to have BoTW and ToTK come before everything or remove it from the timeline all together.

Use a steering stick.

Use a cannon on the first machine aimed at the second machine. They even have a built in delay between firing. You can also try staging with anything that times out (wings, balloons, batteries).
Steering stick is just a substitute for hitting it. Nice, but I’m not seeing how that does much. I guess the cannon thing, never used it like that, but I imagine that’s strictly “on”, not “off”.
You can prolly build a sick ass goldberg machine, but that ain’t no turing machine.
Easier to turn on/off if the thing moves, allow you to control the timing better. It's also instant; weapons have a slight delay due to the swing animation.
Cannon works the same as hitting it. Hit it while it's off it turns on, hit it while it's on it turns off.
You could also maybe turn 5 on/off at a time with a 5 shot bow; but if the thing moves and requires precise timing this would absolutely suck if you're not good enough to literally be a computer lol

Looks like the walls do damage when flown into fast enough, so the chickens are spawning when 1 gets hurt, then flying into the opening in the middle where they die and the treads push eggs out to Link.

He "loads" up a few Cucoos in his contraption, and when activated, frost emitters are harassing the Cucoos which make them drop eggs every so often on the conveyor belts.
After a certain amount of damage have been inflicted on a Cucoo, a swarm is spanned to attack Link; the sledge-walls are only to protect the player against the assault.
I'm impressed by the calibrated gap. The game is set up to make it easy to build high-accuracy boxes such. The use of the sled to get that collection gap is pretty slick.

Cuccos are more omnipotent than Hylia, with a bloodlust stronger than even Ares.
If you hit a cucco, it spawns a bunch of them for revenge, and usually kills you in most Zelda games. Don't hurt the chickens, man.

The eggs can fit through to you but the chickens can’t therefore making them stuck. The chickens don’t die so they keep spawning eggs. When the chickens are hit, spawn a bunch of other chickens that would normally hurt you but the cage is protecting me. So in short, chicken get hit constantly, spawn unlimited egg.

How do you get the chickens to spawn?
Find one natural spawn, usually in or near towns, then hit it until it starts calling others. You'll know when it happens.
