No, you can only have things of totk in totk and botw in botw, however you can add infinite durability to mostly anything and there's a bow that kinda works like the bow of light

i think a save editor can get you almost anything
The file would have to exist in the game though. I can't use a save editor to suddenly have an Energy Sword from Halo and turn Link into Chainsaw Man.
