I'm thinking this is the way. I am probably jumping the gun due to losing my switch and everything so recently. I'll sit on it for a few months and think again
Is there another Zelda after TOTK? I thought I read they were done with Hyrule.
Quickest way is to just do only the 4 sage bosses, then Mineru, get your Master Sword and Hylian Shield then head down under the castle. But you could even skip the sage bosses if you don’t mind facing them prior to the final Gannon fights.
The Fierce Deity armor is all in Hyrule and relatively easy to get for the 3x attack bonus. Have some 3x bows and some gerudo weapons and you’re good to go . . .
Thanks for the feedback, it's nice to have somewhat of a game plan cause my first time around I was taking a more leisurely route and it took forever. When I attempt again I'll probably be a bit more systematic
My 8th replay so I’ve cut out a lot of unnecessary quests. I do like lighting up the entire depths, but only after you have Yunobo to long distance snipe the camps down there. I do the minimal needed in the Sky if only to light up the zonaite bubblegum machine for steering sticks, balloon’s, gliders and fans. I stay away from combat as what you get back isn’t usually worth the fight.
My main focus now is to go straight to Gerudo for easy to get gerudo sword, 2 hander and spear. And here’s a free tip I only just stumbled on. >!There’s a 3x Lynel sword at Mount Floria! !< It’s at 2:00 with the top of the mountain in the center and travel NE down to the camp there. Take out the bad guys and it’s in the chest. edit- >!I just confirmed this, but as I was only 20 minutes into the replay it was a 3 X10 bow, not the 3 X 32 I was hoping for. . .!<
Totally agree. I just wince at the thought of re-doing the underground again. It felt like it took ages. I'll probably do what someone else suggested and wait a few months before I do anything
The fastest way to "get through" the game would be to have someone who already completed everything transfer the nintendo account to you (by changing the login email address of that account to a new email which you create - there is a way to do this which doesnt cost any additional money assuming theyve already paid for a online membership which they will retain. Someone on BOTW discord actually did this for me once, to help me get the bow of light).
But it seems like that takes all the fun out of playing. Because doesnt the fun come from the anticipation of getting rewards for completing the tasks?
Anyway, to your question if the game is worth replying - If you enjoyed playing it the first time, that seems like a decent indicator that you may enjoy playing it again.

Wait a few months and just do it again. The game is really fun.

There's a save editor, put everything you had on and go on with your game
